Terms, conditions and information

#          We accept Mastercard, Visacard and AmEx.  At present, there is no credit card surcharge. Paypal and direct deposit are also available.

#          We also accept payment by cheque or money order.

#          Moran Cricket Collectibles does not charge GST.

#          Please send payment or credit card details with your order.  Goods will be held for two weeks on a telephone order, pending written confirmation and payment.

#          Telephone calls are welcome from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. If we are not able to take calls, the answering machine is usually on and you are welcome to leave a message.

#          If payment is by cheque or money order, customers in Australia are asked to include $25 for postage.  Postage is charged at cost, to a maximum in Australia of $25. Change will be sent in the form of a cheque if postage is less than $25 or if goods ordered are out of stock.

#          While goods are sent as soon as possible after payment is received, Australian customers are requested to allow up to three weeks for delivery.

#          If customers feel that items purchased are incorrectly described in the catalogue, the items should be returned within two weeks for a full refund.

#          Books are hard-covered unless otherwise described.  If a book has a dustwrapper, it is listed with the notation dw.

#          Prices in any catalogue  supersede those for similar items in earlier catalogues.

#          If you change your address, please let us know.  We generally stop sending catalogues to those who do not purchase from three consecutive catalogues.  If you are in this category and wish to receive the next catalogue, please advise us.

#          Any catalogue represents only a small portion of our stock. Enquiries are welcome for items not listed, including Wisdens and other books, badges, cigarette and trade cards.
